Chairs and tables are provided, but you need to bring your own tableware (spoons, forks, knives, cups, napkins, drinks, and so on) just like the reunions before.
I'm afraid I didn't word it very well on some of the notifications we are not providing food, you are bringing a dish to pass.
"Grab your plates—it's potluck time!" at 1:00pm, but please try to arrive by noon when the doors officially open. Doug hopes to have it open at 11:00am for the early birds.
We believe there will be a few electric outlets for crockpots and some room in the refrigerator for stuff that needs to stay cool.
